You can make your own spacers but I wouldn't even recommend doing anything like that. If I were you I'd just buy the correct items.

I know that I order Tokico Blues for my friend. The struts were for a 92-00 Civic. The only difference between the EG and EK is the front strut has the brake line mounted differently and the rear strut bracket is wide to accomodate both the EG/DC and EK LCAs. You might have a stiffer ride with the DC2 springs.
