99 and up conversion
i've searched the forum and really didnt find any info onto convert a 96 civic with a 99 and up front end. What parts would i need? front bumper, fenders, hood, headlights and what else? If any1 has done this what parts did u use and how hard was it.

i hear you need a front bumper support too. IF (i have never done this, but i have taken the whole front end off my del sol) you decide to do this, it shouldnt be very hard at all. The hood, fenders, headlights, support etc... should all just bolt right up. keep the bolts all loose till u get the pieces lined up right, then tighten um down and get that **** painted!
in my opinion, this conversion is not worth it unless you get those parts for CHEAP and you got a good hookup on paint.
All in all the front ends look very similiar... maybe close enough to not worry about. But I agree that the 99+ headlights and bumper look better.

Bumper, Fenders, Hood and Headlight..... you have to shave a little bit off the 99 bumper to make it fit around the grill area .... takes about 1 hour to do
