99 si wiring

does anyone know any sites where i can get the wiring diagram from, or to be more specific, does anyone know how to check if the fuel pump is working? ii check for power and its good. just point me the direction

Pull up the bottom rear seat. If you can't hear the fuel pump, then it's not working.
