Default 99 SI wiper control unit
Which relay is the ICU for the intermittent wipers on the EK's. Where on fuse panel is it?

On the back of the fusebox. You'll need to unbolt the two 10mm nuts holding it in.

Intermittent wipers were one of the best and simplest mods I did to my hatch.
