'99 SI rear wheel bearing
Has anyone here had problems with wheel bearings on their 99-00 civic SI.
I can hear this noise, and i suspect it's one of the rear wheel bearing, but my car has only 60 000 mi. Is it too soon for the bearing to go?

Mine isnt an si, but i already had 2 replaced. All of them were on the same right/rear side as well. Mine went out a little bit after 80k, and maybe 12-15k after that.

if it's the wheel bearing, will the noise get worse over time? I just want to make sure it's the bearing before I replace it!

Mine got really loud after ignoring it the first time. So yes, it will get worse after time. My wheel actually tilted from left/right/up/down when i jacked it up tp check, but it was very little.

Shortly after I replaced my rear drums with discs, both bearing went out. It didn't sound too bad (a light clicking sound), but I knew that's what it was.

Yes it will get worse over time. Easy way to make sure it's the bearing: put load on it. On an empty road, maintain a constant speed, say 60 km/h, and slowly sway the car side to side, like an F1 car warming up its tires. The sound should come and go with every sway, loading and unloading the bearing. The worn bearing will make more noise under load.
Just letting you know cause worn tires sound like a bad bearing sometimes except worn tires won't change noise under load, they only get louder with speed. Bearing noise is affected by load AND speed.
And if you're doing it yourself, make sure the spindle nut is torqued to spec. 134 lb/ft. FYI.

My front right bearing went out on my Si at about 100k. If your planning on rotating your tires you can check and see if your bearing is bad then. While you have the right rear of the car in the air, wiggle the tire from left to right to see if theres any play. My front right wheel had play in it when my bearing went bad. If any help, my car sounded like it had mud tires on it because the bearing would sing while driving down the road similar to how a lifted jeep sounds going down the road.
Good Luck

I think if your wheel has play in it than the bearing is REALLY bad...i dont think mine is at that stage yet but i will do that as well
