Default 99 Si motor into EG

Anyone do this? Which rear engine mount did you use?

well i think you use a rear gsr bracket and the stock civic mount,hope this helps

im pretty sure the rear fits.... not that i've experienced it myself.... considering that its B series they should go together..... good luck.......

I had the shop hack up both the D series mount and the B series mount to make a "hybrid" mount ......works really well. Nice welds. I would have used a del Sol VTEC mount, but it was a Sunday and the dealership was closed and we wanted to finish up.

Works nice. probably stronger than stock!

No, it does not fit. It's too short.

Just buy a set of GSR mounts. That's the easiest thing to do. No point in welding all that stuff.
You can sell all the Si mounts for basically the same price of the GSR ones.

Yes, the 99 Si rear mount bracket is too short....but the GS-R bracket does not bolt on my car....different hole locations on the engine side of the bracket (99 Si transmission/ 98 ITR block).

That's what we found, and hence the need to cut and weld. I think that probably a del Sol VTEC bracket would work, but I have no idea if the subframe mount point is different between Civics, del Sols and Integras.......

DelSol huh? Anyone know this to work? Would rather get a new bracket than get mine all welded.
