'99 Si Cluster into '96 Civic

Is a cluster from a '99 Si plug and play in my '96 Civic? Does it make any difference that my cluster now is for an automatic? The car is now a standard though.

Furthermore, are all clusters from any '96-'00 Civics plug and play into other '96-'00 Civics?
