99' si A/c Compressor problems.
I just reinstalled the A/C belt after 4 months of it being off the car and now the a/c sucks ***. It worked great before. I also added some r134a to the system, when i did that it appeared that the compressor clutch would kick on then after a second or two it would kick off. Anyu ideas?

yea its probaly cutting on and off becuase it dosent have the right amount of refrigerent. get it vaccum tested and charged by a good quality machine!!!

if you over charged the system that is just as bad as uner charged.. i think you added to much..
take it to a shop and have it sucked all out pull a vacumm and put back in the right about of freon

I work a second job at a jiffy lube and we have a machine there that you hook a line up the the High Pressure side and the low pressure side and it does a complete flush. I will have to try it out.
