although it has been done, i saw a 96 civic, with 96-98 headlights, hood, and fenders, with a 99 SI front bumper. He did has some fitment issues, but did a good job.

Well I guess I could always try it.Here is the deal,I'm fixing and re-painting a civic that I had painted in the past(he crashed it again 
)and he wants to put the Si front bumper on his 97,but I don't think he wanted to change the headlights and whole front end because he bought some kind of black housing angle eye headlights.I think he should ditch those POS gay headlights and put the whole 99 front end on.
