Default 99 jdm fog lights install running into problems.

I have a couple different question on these jdm fog lights i bought off of ebay. They didnt come w instructions. Tried usign the seach button but this is all i could find https://honda-tech.com/zerosearch Does anyone have a diy saved?

Do the brackets bolt up the the raditor support somewhere or they just bolt up somewhere to the bumper? I have a 99 bumper that I have to cut the two peices out for the fog light insert plastic peice and the fog light itself.

Also where do I run this harness through the firewall at the passenger side located to the right of the battery tray?

Also i have to big L shapped brackets and then 2 small brackets I know the 2 Big L shapped brackets mount to either the rad support im assuming where do the two small ones go?

Does anyone have pictures or anything. If you do it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks for your time guys.

you can use these instructions as a reference on what to cut on the bumper and how to mount them.
