Default '99 Civic EX - HELP

My Air Assist Valve Solenoid (36281-P2P-A01) had a broken nipple. Being a poor college student, I used JB weld to hold the hose on to the valve for the mean time and it worked decently. Did not experience a bad vacuum leak but the car idle was off but I thought thats annoying but I'll be okay. I know what the problem is so I'll fix it at my next opportunity. Well that opportunity came today I had some spare time away from my studies so I went to all my local junkyards and found a replacement for $15. Yay, right. Wrong, I come back start taking off the valve...it was easy. So I go to put in the replacement and only get it 85% threaded in and boom crack my plastic replacement that was taken off the only D16Y8 that I can find that did not already have one broken because Honda decided to put these in only the 99-00 EX with the D16Y8 and they are made of cheap plastic. Dealership replacement cost about $150 without labor of course. Besides the poor design quality and my error, I could not get another valve. The junkyards are closed on Sundays so in the the mean time because I am on a budget can I "delete" the air assist valve by plugging the hole with a short bolt. I would also have to plug the nipple from the Intake Manifold and the nipple from the Intake Hose. Sorry for the rant, just really need my car to get around. If you can offer me advice I would appreciate it.

FORGOT TO MENTION: I used a friends computer to find out that I have a misfire in all cylinders. I am 99% confident it is because I have air getting into the system from the Air Assist Valve.

This^ is almost surely a separate more urgent problem to fix.

Until you can source a new FIA valve, do this:

Unplug FIA hose from IM.

Cap IM nipple and plug hose end.
