Try searching first, but NO. Your going to need a new hood, fenders, headlights and I think front bumper as well. So to answer your ?, yes they will fit, but your gonig to need a 99-00 front end conversion pretty much. You can clear your headlights with a little time and patience.

exactly. you will also need the grill and brackets that go under the headlights, too.
if you have 400-700 dollars layin around, go for it
