99 hatch LCA / Sway Question.....
okay i bought an SRR rear sway/tie bar kit yesterday and im waiting for it to get here. from all my research on the HT ive been told i need to either drill holes for the endlinks to mount up or buy si LCA's/SRR LCA's. Well i got underneath my car a couple minutes ago and i noticed there is a hole to the right of where the strut mounts on the LCA. Isnt this the hole that the endlinks mount to?
I was looking at a pic of an Si rear LCA and i have a hole in exactly the same spot that the endlinks mount on the Si. So im wondering why everyone says i'll need new LCA's or drill mine??
thanks
chris

On the 96-00 Civic's, you do not need to purchase different control arms... they all came with factory holes. In fact, there is no difference between the JDM CTR rear lower control arms and the USDM CX ones.
I purchased the SPC rear lower units that are about 1/2" shorter to help with camber... but I will have to remove them because I won't have enough camber left. Anyone want to buy a set? Only mounted... never driven on.
