99 ek hatch problems help!!
I have a 99 ek hatch with a boosted d 16y7 with y8 head on 5lbs and I need to know what would be causing my car to spit and sputter constantly any time I give it any amount of gas. I first thought it was fuel cut, but that would only be when im building boost right? its constant and cuts out terribly I would like some insight on what it is and how to fix it. any help will be appreciated thanks guys!!

Yeah guys have yet to tune it. And stock ecu still just seeing what all could be the problems before I start getting spend happy and not even fix the problem could it also be fuel pump and filter?

Running it on the stock ECU is a bad idea. Get the car on a proper ECU and get it tuned.
