99 Civic will not start - HELP!!

99 Civic will not start - HELP!!
Hey.
i have a 99 Civic EX with 275000kms. yesterday after a fuel refill, the car stalled and sputtered and refused to start. after 2-3 min of start attemps it finally started. i then drove to work and home (140km). all was good.
this morning car refused to start. i tried the following:
1. checked fuses - all ok
2. checked for spark - all 4 spark plugs creat a bright white spark all at different times.
3. checked fuel pump - primes for 2sec and shuts off untill crank.
- removed plug wires and cranked. checked each plug and they were all wet with fuel.
- fuel smell comming from my exhaust after cranking for a while
I'm at a loss, any ideas?

none.
but i did finally figure out the problem...
it had rained quite a bit last night, my plug wires were wet!
from a suggestion from a friend i sprayed "Releasall" on my wires and the car started!
it was running very rough; and as it was near dusk i could see the wire arcing.
i replaced the wires and my civic runs good as new!!!
