99 Civic VP CPU Location?

Default 99 Civic VP CPU Location?
My car has been reporting 3 no ready codes and the max I can have is 2 to pass deq. I have been driving since Dec without any power outage to the car or jumped anyone elses car. Some for reason it isnt recording the drive cycle info. I was told that a new CPU might fix it. No other codes were given

I plan on picking one up today. Where is the CPU located for the car? I dont have a chilton manual for it yet..

OK I will take a look at it thanks. I wonder how much driving it would take to get drive cycle data from it?
