Yes they will fit no problem at all. Only difference is, often Civics have slightly softer rates then Integras do, but its really minimal. The drop and everything should be the same too. so grab'em up

same chassis and same suspension minus ITR and EK rear LCAs lengths, other then that bolt on affair when it comes to the springs.
