99 civic -- power steering & brakes off and on, help!
I searched for this and couldnt find anything.
scary moment today when my power steering went out and the breaks began to lock. i e-braked into a parking spot and the car died. on the first re-start attempt. nothing happend. on the second, everything worked just fine. any ideas on what might be causing this?
