99 civic lx with y7 motor questions
OK new to this site so sorry if this is the wrong form. I just inherited my dads civic with a blown head i live in Alaska there are lots of civic in my area BUT they are all modded for street being in Alaska i want to got the other way and do a rally civic is this possible?
i want to raise it get some torque and tear up some trails like a boss lol. any advice?

Find a rallycross forum, seriously.
You'd likely need to put in some rally-spec coilovers, weld on some skid plates, and put in a B series to get some torque. You can do it on the cheap and just tear up the trails with your D series and learn how to actually race the car on the dirt, then upgrade as you need to.
Also find out who's doing it locally and get in touch with them and figure out what sanctioning body is around for legitimate racing.
