99 civic LX radiator fan
When my car gets hot i notice my radiator fans not turning on, the fuse it good, and i can spin the blade so its not seized, what do i need to replace? Also could a non working fan be the reason my cars going through so much radiator fluid because i do not see any leaking from it ever.
