Pretty sure you need a b-series bracket. Kudos for keeping your power steering, seems rare these days. I have the same swap but it came out of a friends civic so it was all ready to go. Hopefully someone else will approved or deny my claim.

What pump do you have? only the 99-00 si, and ctr pump will work. Link shows the difference. When I did my ls/vtec in my ek sedan, I used a ctr pump.. Found it for like $30 on ebay, works fine.

Re: 99 civic with gsr swap power steering
I'm about 99% certain I'm running an 01 Integra pump on mine with the original gsr bracket. It came bolted to my gsr motor that came straight out of a wrecked 01 gsr.
Can't vouch for all years of engines/cars, but it works on my 00 civ.
OP: did a PS pump not come with your engine at all? Do you have a bracket at all? If you have the gsr bracket, I'd say get the teg compressor. If you have no bracket, I'd say pickup whatever you can get cheaper - teg or 99-00 Si.

Hey man I know I’m 11 years late but I want to have power steering in my GSR swap in my 2000 civic. Did the hoses line right up to the GSR pump ?
