Default 99 Civic EX Throwing Code 67. What to replace???

Throwing code 67 and I know that this is the code for the catalytic converter. Car has 178k on it. What should i replace first? The 02 sensor or cat? Or should i replace both? What goes out more? Is there any way to find out which is bad besides taking it to auto parts place and having it tested?

Any recommendations on where to purchase a cat?

Any help would be greatly appreciated

This seems to be a common problem on Honda's. I had a 97 Prelude that threw that cel, I replaced the cat. a day later it came back on. I replaced the sensor, 10 min's later it came back on. I sold the Prelude and got a 97 EK, within a month I got the same damn cel. I changed the plugs, Cap & Rotor & so far it's been about a month and no cel so far *knocks on wood*
