99 civic ex rear drum brake adjustment

ive maxed out my e-brake adjustment and im looking for the adjustment thing on the drum brake. does anyone have a picture or where it is? im tired of having to pull up my e-brake so high

It's the star wheel. But pull the clevises apart and clean and lubricate them so that they can properly self adjust.
