99 Civic EX Exhaust Q
I have a 99 Civic EX that im workin on and I was wonderin if I could get a few opinons on a short shifter and exhaust. I am lookin for quality but money is tight. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

ebay... i was in the same situation, and someone said ebay you can find brand name stuff for cheap. or check my sig i forget whats all on there but their prices are great.
