Icon3 99 Civic EX auto, poor starting, and is missing really bad

ok guys, so for what has all been replaced on the car recently:
Replaced ECU
Replaced Head gasket & knock sensor 10 miles ago
Replaced Timing belt and water pump 100 miles ago
Replaced Plugs, wires, cap & rotor ( even tried another distributor and it still runs terrible)

No check engine lights - But it is chugging and missing when accelerating

I also noticed when I rev it up, it will not rev past 5200-5300 RPM's and it seems like its bouncing off the rev limiter.

The car is running absolutely terrible, it has clonked out on me twice while I was pulling out on the road and traffic had to completely stop while I am trying to restart my car.

I pulled the plugs on the car and 2 of them seem to pinkish/orangeish? both from the same side of the engine (this was before the head gasket replacement)

I researched problems like these for weeks and I can't figure it out.

Any suggestions?

Did you replace the headgasket because it overheated?

Also, did you resurface the head?

Mileage?

Assuming your headgasket replacement was done correctly. Have you changed the fuel filer? I have seen a 98 EX run like crap with a clogged fuel filter.

Now If the headgasket replacement wasn't done right you could have all kinds of problems. Same with the timing belt. One thing at a time, you'll get it figured out.

Have you done a compression check? Might have low compression in one or more cyl.
