ok so i just dida mini me on a 99 civic with a 97 ex head and mani also have a 99 ex p2p obd2b ecu i swapped that heads and now it wont start i know that it might be the timing belt but i checked like 10 times and every time that i switch it a took it still wont start also vtec is not hooked up yet neither is the iacv sensor i dont know what to do with that mine was a 3 wire plug this one is a 2 wire plug so its not connected cause it be because of the iacv that its not staring? if any one has anything that can help please i need the car runnig by tomorrow

also where is the knock sensor on a 99 civic dx Hatch?
