99 Civic Dx Blowing 15amp PGM-FI fuses HELP
Im having some problem with my civic getting it started. Every time i turn the ignition to the second click the 15amp PGM-FI fuse blows. I've even tried disconnecting the fuel pump wire from the tank and it still blows. Any suggestions?? Thanks
