99 civic dx with 97 b16b swap harness advice
Car: 99 civic dx manual
Parts to put in: all the mounts and brackets and shift linkage, 97 b16b motor and trans, 00 ctr ecu
Alright I need advice on the harness, I've read up on swapping the engine harness between 99-00 and the 96-98 and some say you would need to swap the cabin harness, is this true?
This is where I need advice, should I use my old harness and change the plugs on the dizzy and add vtec and wat not or should I get a 96-98 harness and get a jumper harness, im on a low budget I'll save wat can and I live in the middle of no where in Texas so shipping is killing me here for random little parts, wat other routes can I go?
Let me know if I'm missing anything, any advice is good. Add any addtional information is good and tips.

Just use your old harness. Add the VTEC and knock wiring. Either repin or use a distributor adapter. Also convert to the 2 wire IACV.
