99 civic d15b block y8 head no spark

Hi I am new to this forum so bare with me. I had gotten a 99 civic ex with the d16y8 motor blown. With the car I got a d15b block and used the y8 head. I am not getting spark at any plug and its a new dizzy, cap, rotor, plugs and wires. The d15b doesn't have a knock sensor and no where to bolt the crank sensor near the oil pump so I don't have that sensor either although I'm pretty sure they have nothing to do with spark. Are there any sensors I need to bypass that's causing my issue? This is driving me crazy please help

Your going to have todo the ckf bypass trick your knock sensor shouldn't matter since your using your y8 intake that's all you should need no signal from the ckf sensor will cause no spark
