Default 99 civic coupe suspension help

i have a 99 civic coupe...im planning on keeping stock d-series and getting a garrett kit, but i am needing suspension first...i had some horrible coilovers from ebay, but you get what you pay for...i heard skunk 2 suspension is decent, but i'm not sure (the pro kit). Omni power didn't ride so good in my friends DC, so i doubt i would consider them...but i'm just looking for some oppinions...

by the way i searched and i found things on omni power and ground control nothing help wise i could use.... thanks

Well as anyone else will tell you it all depends on what you want. I'm assuming you want a nice daily driver so I'd go with H&R Sport or Race springs, depending on how much drop you want, and some Koni Yellow shocks. If you want a little stiffer setup better for track use I like the Ground Control coilover/Koni Yellow set up. I have Ground Controls and KYB AGX's on my car right now, and it's ok but if I had to do it again I'd go with some different shocks.

Im running KYB AGX and NEUSPEED sports springs on my del sol and couldn't be happier. The drop looks good and it rides stiff enough where is handles good and isn't harsh.

Ground control/koni setup.

pros:
adjustable height
adjustable shock

cons:
price maybe?

yeh, i heard koni yellows arnt that great though. i hear they blow very easily and it's just not worth the money. i'd like to have good suspension, but like everyone says you get what you pay for...and i dont want to spend $700-900 on coilovers and struts. i'd like to spend at the most around $600 for a daily driver.

my setup NEUSPEED and AGX ran about 450 bucks, which is reasonable. Its a matter of opinion, for the most part....
