99 civic coupe C-pillar bar

i just looked in the back of my 99 coupe and i didn't see mounting spots for a C-pillar bar, but websites sell them for '96-00' civics..

is there mounting locations under the plastics?..

C-pillar bars are made for hatchbacks because hatchbacks don't have a rear deck.
