anybody have an idea of what this is, 99-00 Si stock rim offset? I want to order some new wheels but I'm not sure what offset to ask for.

That's bolt pattern rocket scientist! I don't know the stock SI offset. What diameter rim are you going to step up to?? That will help determine what offset you need to buy.

I'm going with a set of 17"'s...yea I know I'm probably going to get hounded for this but thats what I want.

17x what? That's what you really need to know to determine if you are going to rub or not. Hell, you know what it is you want, and if that's 17s, spend your money on them. I damn sure won't knock you for doing what it is you want.

I have a 98 and I'm rocking the si stock alloys. They're awesome. Good combination of size, and looks, versus money. I would stick with them. If you go larger you have to worry about pot holes and ride comfort not to mention if you curb or dent them you'll be shelling out more cash for another one wheras the si's are like $140 which is kinda expensive too but lower compared to some aftermarket. Also if you get a wheel that is larger and looks good it may be pretty heavy and rotation unsprung weight will sap your overall power. Unless you get some SSR Comps which are really lightweight but pretty expensive. You see lots of "tuners" out there with their aftermarket rims but you see a lot less premium OE parts like si alloys. It's up to you really but I would stay with stock.

I have some 17" Racing Hart C6 for sale. $500.00. They were on a silver civic. Looked like the car should have shipped with these rims straight from the factory it was so clean.

with a 17x7 rim 42 offset is prefered, although most the time u can get away with as little as 40.
