99-00 Si Shocks on a 92-95 civic fitment?
My friend might be getting Si shocks for real cheap, just double checking if they'll fit on his car. The shocks are from a 99-00 si and it's going on an 95 civic. From what i understand there needs to be a little grinding on the lca bushing. Does anything else need to be done and have any of you guys done it? tia
I'm sure this topic has been covered before and i've searched but failed to find any matches.

They'll go on.
I can never remember if eg lca's are fatter or if its ek. One way, the bushings need to be shaved, the other they need to be shimmed. Either way, not much effort

The rears won't fit unless you grind away at the lca bushing. I really don't recommend it unless you plan on buying 96-00 shocks in the future, new lca's, or running washers there if you ever decide to get new 92-95 shocks.
