Default 99-00 SI Rear wheel bearing/hub question.

This is kind of an odd question, but does anyone know of an off the shelf Hub that uses the same size stud spline as OEM? Meaning, the splined part of the wheel stud.

my issue is, I need to use ARP extended studs and I have yet to find a hub local that will work. I'd prefer not to go OEM due to the outrageous cost of the hubs.

Note: for a 99-00 SI

Just looking for a little help, thanks guys!

Matt, have you tried using aftermarket Integra or '92 - '95 Civic EX/Si hubs? They're the same but it's possible the aftermarket uses a different number. I bought mine years ago from an industrial supply place, I think they were either NTN or SKF.

I haven't.

I tried 2 different ones for the EM1, and one for a 94-01 integra. Both had the same issue.

I'll check tomorrow and see what I can find. I may see if autozone will order in a Timken hub and see if they work..

Definitely look into NTN or TimKen.

I can't remember which it was, but when I converted to rear disc I bought the Timken rear hub from Autozone and it had either Koyo or NTN stamped on it as well as Japan.

I did the front bearings as well using Timken so the fronts had either Koyo or NTN or the rears did. Meaning two of the bearings were stamped Koyo and two were stamped NTN. Both OEM for Honda. And cheaper than ordering through Honda.

Edit: Rears are NTN.

I've got timken bearings in the front, and they are stamped Koyo.... Timken is my first choice, but most parts stores take a few days to get them. I probably just some from Rockauto.
Good thing it's not my daily anymore! lol

thanks guys
