How safe is it to run the the bolt-on kit at the stock boost level with the fmic and the newer e-manage EMS that comes with it? Will it be ok to put everything together and drive around? I know that ideally the car should be converted to OBD-I and tuned, but is the setup safe to run around for a few months? I've heard bad stories about the blue box and even worse, the black box at the stock boost levels.

I'm not really looking for TONS of power. Just a fun setup I could put together in my garage over a weekend. Thanks.
