i have dilema now, im basically trying to find out if the 99-00 si shares same front shock to lower arm bushes as the european ek4 but ek4 arms are different part numbers to above

Yes, EK4 lower arms are the same as our EX (EJ8) lower arms. I believe the bushings are the same, however, I don't think you can order them separately.
