99-00 rear disc brake converstion questions
alright this question has prob been asked many times BUT ive used the search and i couldnt really find the info i wanted so here it goes. i have a 99 civic ex coupe and im wanting to do the rear disc brake conversion and so i looked around for parts and found password jdm has a complete set http://passwordjdm.com/4-x-100....aspx so i was wonder if there was anything else i need or should i get it from somewhere else any help would b good thxs.

go to HMOTORSONLINE.COM they have the complete kit, and i mean COMPLETE!! cables and lines! all i would recommend is a proportioning valve to feel the true difference!!

prop valve will only affect things under really heavy braking (ie you could lock up the rears).
I have a full conversion in my garage, but I imagine the cost of shipping to the US would be prohibitive.

You're better off with a set of 99-00 Si rear disc brakes just because they come with the Si e-brake cables which are a perfect fit for your coupe.

make sure to get a prop vavle, i've done the rear disc conversion for my ej8 and during hard braking my brakes locked up. Its fine to run the conversion with out the prop vavle but its recommend to upgrade to a 40/40 prop vavle

I think it is better to find Si rear disc brakes to save you the hassle & money of finding the e-brake cables.

dealership i hope u mean and plus i dont i cant really find any si ones well or at least when i was looking there wasnt any for sale.
