99-00 front end parts on a 96-98. How is the CORRECT way to do it?
Title pretty much says it all. I've been searching and also looked on the FAQ post. (pic links don't work on that) but I can't find anyone who can tell me all the parts I need to do a 99-00 front end on a 96-98 civic correctly.
Here are the parts I have so far, all from a 99-00 civic:
-hood
-bumper cover
-fenders
-headlights
-radiator core support
I know that you're supposed to have some stuff to do with the bumper but not sure what. Can anyone fill me in? Also, is there anything else I'm missing? (don't say paint!)

Dont you have to drill out the spot welds on the old core support and weld the new one on. I saw a writeup where you dont have to use the new core support you just cut a small piece off the old one.

And you need the grill...
But I thought it was all a bolt on affair... You actually have to weld **** to do the conversion??? Im glad that canceled that idea... more trouble than its worth...
This reminds me i got a 99 front and rear bumper that i need to get rid of... LOL

You can just cut something off the old support.. but I have heard of some allignment issues if you do this. I have zero problem welding up spot welds. Just want to do it right.
