99-00 foglight switch harness

99-00 foglight switch harness
Hey guys
I know some of you have done an install of these and hopefully you can help me. I'm currently installing some fogs on my 99 EX and I've run into a snag. The entire install up to this point has been fine. The lights and wiring under the hood is complete. I found the connection behind the fuse panel, the red wire goes to port 5 on the fuse panel and I have a place to ground everything but there does not appear to be a connection that will fit white 1 pin connection pictured below. The directions show it hooking into the vehicle harness by the steering column but I do not see a place to do so. Can any of you do a HUGE favor for me and post a picture of this connection and where I can find it. Thanks a head of time.
