99-00 CX sub frame

Are all 99-00 civic sub frames the same? i want to put a manual steering rack into my 00 Si. So will the CX rack bolt right up?

Front cross member on 96-00 civics are all the same. The flex joint between the steering column and steering rack are different between power and non power.
