99-00 civic headlights on a 97 civic
will 99-00 civic headlights fit on a 97 civic? I noticed the part numbers for honda are different but visually they look the same with the three bolt connectors (two on the top and one that connects to the fender) ebay auction is about to end!!!!!

Find a set of 1998 CTR headlights. They will work and are "black housing"
Also 96-00 taillights are the same for coupe to coupe and sedan to sedan. 96-98 have amber and 99-00 don't.

Re: (Mr Milano)
96-98 sedan tails are different than 99-00 sedan taillights. the 99-00 are bigger.
96-00 coupe tails are interchangeable
96-98 headlights are different than 99-00 headlights. 96-98 are fatter

http://www.4caroption.com has some good prices for headlights, i think it was 98 bucks for some black housing headlights, although it seemed the site was having some problems for awhile, i don't know if they're fixed yet or not. But it might be worth looking. As far as what everyone else said, they're right, although I think the hoods are the same, so all you'd need would be fenders and bumper cover...(to make the 99-00 lights fit on front that is) and i don't know where you got that the headlights have only 3 bolts, mine have four. Two on top. one on each side... And the tails for 96-00 coupes are interchangeable like they all said. Good luck with the reconditioning.
