99-00 civic front end conversion, questions?
99-00 civic front end conversion, questions? 
1. does every 99-00 civic body parts (hood, bumper, fenders, headlights) bolt up to the 96-98 civic's?
2. any modifications to fit this conversion?
3. pretty much any mods to fit this the right way?
