Default 99-00 civic ex/si tweeter question?????

is the blue wire ground and the red wire power???????? if i had to guess i would say yes but does anyone know for sure??? TIA

I really don't know that much about electrics but you might want to move this to the audio section. You'll get a faster response.

or you could try...
a voltage meter, it never lies!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

how does a meter check the polarity of a speaker when there is no power to it?
