Yes, it should fit. I put a Skunk2 catback system on my LX sedan and it was designed for a EX coupe. I had to have some exhaust work done though because on the LX, the cat is located at the exhaust manifold. I'm not sure with the EX motor and where the cat is, but if it's at the exhaust manifold, you'll have to have a pipe made to fill in a gap.

If anyone finds this untrue, please forgive me! I was just going by my own knowledge and experience...

I have a 00' DX sedan, so i know what you're talking about. The thing is that i put the EX's stock exhaust manifold, running straight testpipe w/ the apex'i N1 universal muffler. Im planning to get a the EX's catalytic converter to close the gap instead of running no catalytic converter. so u think that'll work??

yeah dude, it should. All the hangers lined up fine for me. I know it's a different exhaust, but everyone's told me the hangers are aligned the same between the models.

If I were to get some headers for an EX, and put an EX cat on at the end of the header, you think it bolt up to the exhaust?
