Default 98 stock d16y7 idle issue

Sometimes after the car is fully warmed up and I've been driving when I come to a stop the idle is very low, normally just above 500, the car also shakes when it does this so i took a video tonight of how the exhaust sounds while idling this low. I had to replace a bunch of things also since I got it, new tps, an map sensor along with all gaskets, new iacv, tps sensor was calibrated correctly, dizzy **** the bed so I bought new plugs wires and a dizzy, I used my harbor freight timing light to set timing and the only time it would be in between the lines was if the dizzy was tilted all the way to the back. Timing belt was done at 122k by some shop, i bought it with 144k it now has 149,6xx I did a oil change with oem oil filter and Mobil 1 extended performance. Also used a can of BG MOA oil additive we sell at the dealership I work at. I did a compression test also and found out cyl 2 is low around 70psi and the others at 140 ish. No check engine light, it did and it said I had a Evap leak near the canister but I cleared the code and then did a Evap test on the snap on scanner and it said the system was fine. So I'm confused, seems like timing is off, or misfire or motors just junk lol.

Here's a link to the vid;

The problem is pretty clear. You have a cylinder on it's last legs. Do a leakdown test to see where the failure is, and fix it.

Well I wanted to see if it was a smaller issue I could fix. I know the engine needs work on cyl 2 but I'm not about this single cam life at all so I wanted to wait til I finish my other car to put a swap in this. It still runs and drives fine and gets decent mpg so I'm not complaining it's just annoying to have the car shaking at idle sometimes. Only way I'll get another sohc is if it's a y8 or z6 that's still in the car and has paperwork. Otherwise I wanted a simple high compression b20 swap, it's just my daily so not going crazy lol. But thanks for the reply, I figured it was because its basically running on 3cyl.
