98 Honda has no spark

98 Honda has no spark
I took the ignition control module out of the distributor and had it tested at autozone and it failed and they tested a new one and it passed. So I place the new one in and I still do not have spark. I haven't had the chance to check the under the hood fuses yet, but could it have blown a fuse when it went bad? Not sure what to look at next. It stopped working while driving down the road. It cranks but wont turn over. I can hear the fuel pump running when the key is turned on and I even flooded the air filter when cranking so fuel is going to it. just not getting any spark. the rotor turns when being cranked as well. any help would be appreciated.

Re: 98 Honda has no spark
are the cap and rotor shot?
also check all fuses. and wires inside the dizzy.
you can pull one sparkplug and with the spark plug wire still connected get a long wrench and ground it to the car. try to turn over the engine. see if you are getting spark and what color it is. let us know

Re: 98 Honda has no spark
I tried a new cap and rotor at the same time. then I had a wire pulled and I used a screw driver and I didn't get any spark at all when someone cranked the engine for me.
when i get home today... I'm going to check all the under the hood fuses

Re: 98 Honda has no spark
Fuses are fine. Is it possible that my whole distributor went at same time. if the coil and ignition control module are bad I will by the whole distributor. I have no way of testing the ignition coil and autozone cannot either, they were only able to test my bad ICM.
