Default 98 HB/B16 swap with OBD2A to -2B JUMPER HARNESS - Any problems expected for swap?

Ok my question is what differences are there between obd2a and obd2b and what problems might i run into. i will be using a civic ex d16y8 manual trans harness with a obd2a to obd2b jumper harness all connected to a 99-00 civic si ecu.
