Default 98 hatch D16Y8 misfire

I have a 98 hatch with a y8 in it and I just got it about two weeks ago. Recently we got bad storms here and the car started sputtering and bogging down when you give it too much gas. So after researching I decided to change my cap & rotor. After I did that it ran better but still would bog a bit. I changed the spark plugs and plug wires, and fuel filter and now it's drivable but has a random mis and you have to ease into the gas if you step on it it'll bog down and shake and die if you don't let up. I've also replaced the iat sensor, map sensor & cleaned the iacv. Still has a random mis and sputters a bit and will bog down. ANY SUGGESTIONS!?!?!?!?
