98 gsr intake manifold questions
so i recently purchased a skunk2 intake manifold for my 98 gsr motor. as i took the stock gsr intake manifold off i noticed a hose with a pipe connected to it. i looked up what it is and saw it had something to do with the heater.
my car is going to be a track/street car. what all do i hook up on the new skunk2 manifold? i think there was some kind of emissions stuff on the stock intake manifold. i do not want it on the new skunk2 manifold.
i have a 2000 civic with no ac/heater. if i took that hose/pipe out would it affect the motor at all. here are some pictures i took last night of the motor/stock intake manifold and the skunk2 intake manifold and the heater hose pipe.

Re: 98 gsr intake manifold questions
hey b swapped93
the link you posted shows the pipe as the heater bypass pipe. would it mess anything up if i were to take the heater bypass pipe out along with the 2 hoses connecting to it and block them with plugs?
also what is that canister thing in the 3rd picture to the left of the oil filter?
thanks for responding
