check the seals on your taillights. if there bad you can go to walmart and get some of that craft foam that comes with a stickey side to it.. just take the old gasket off and trace it on the craft foam and reapply. and voila u got new tailight gaskets. if its not that check the weather strip that goes around your trunk. i have the same problem and found about 4 inches of water where my spare tire is but i think it is because i have a huge crack in the skeleton of my trunk from my subs but idk how to fix it. heres a pic:
well i meen its not that bad of a crack but its enough to offset my trunk about 1/2 an inch whitch looks like **** wen it is closed
